This notice explains the cookies and similar technologies used on harloop.com, what each one does, and how long it lasts. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Only strictly necessary cookies are set before you make a choice. Everything else waits for your consent, and you can change your mind at any time.
1. Strictly necessary
These are required for the site to function and to remember the privacy choice you made. They cannot be switched off.

2. Analytics
Set by Google Analytics once you consent to analytics cookies. They tell us which pages people read and where they arrive from. We use Google Consent Mode, so these tags respect your choice. Analytics and geolocation data are retained for up to 14 months.

3. Advertising
Set by Google Ads once you consent to advertising cookies, so we can measure which ads lead to a booked demo.

4. Visitor identification (RB2B)
We use RB2B, an identity resolution service, to understand which businesses are researching us. With your consent it can associate your visit with business contact information, including a name, job title, employer, and work email address. It operates only on visitors located in the United States.
These cookies are first-party, meaning they are set on the harloop.com domain. None of them are set unless you consent to advertising cookies, and withdrawing consent deletes them from your browser.

5. Embedded content
Some pages embed third-party content that may set its own cookies once you interact with it:
- Cal.com powers our demo booking calendar. It loads when you reach a booking section and sets cookies needed to schedule a meeting. See the Cal.com privacy policy.
- YouTube and Vimeohost some of our sample videos. Players load only after you click play. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set cookies until playback begins.
6. Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends GPC, analytics and advertising technologies are disabled automatically, no consent banner is shown, and you do not need to take any further action. You can check whether we are detecting the signal on our Do Not Sell or Share page.
7. Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers accept cookies by default, and all of them let you remove or block cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect features of this site, such as the booking calendar. Browser settings are per-device, so you would need to repeat them elsewhere.
