Terms of Service

Harloop, Inc. (“Harloop”, “we”, “us”) produces marketing and explainer videos for client companies. These terms govern your use of the harloop.com website and of content we share with you, including videos we host on third-party platforms.

Some of the content we share is hosted on YouTube. By viewing it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Our use of YouTube API Services is described in our Privacy Policy, which also links the Google Privacy Policy.

Sample and demonstration videos we produce remain our property until a written agreement says otherwise. They are provided for evaluation; do not re-publish them without permission.

Do not misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempts to access non-public systems, no unlawful use.

The site and sample content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or sample content.

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do.
